At AKAR, we stand behind the quality of our garments and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on all eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

In their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
To begin your return, please email our support team at info@akar.fit with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
Note: A small shipping fee may be deducted from your refund total to cover return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer complimentary exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, simply contact us at info@akar.fit with your order details and preferred item. We’ll provide return instructions and ship out your replacement item free of charge once the original item is received and approved.
